Refund Policy

This page sets out how QIT — Quran Information Technology handles pauses, cancellations, missed classes and refunds. It matches the billing notes on our Pricing page.

Free trial. The free trial class is completely free — no payment details are taken, so there is nothing to refund.

Pausing or cancelling. You may pause or cancel your monthly plan by informing us on WhatsApp. The exact notice period and any refund of unused classes will be confirmed in the final policy published here before enrolment opens.

Missed classes. If you inform us in advance that you cannot attend, we will arrange a makeup class according to the makeup policy. If your teacher is ever unavailable, a substitute teacher or a rescheduled class will be offered.

Questions. For anything about fees or refunds, message us on WhatsApp and we will answer honestly and in writing.
